It's time to say goodbye...

It's been almost 5 years, and about a thousand posts, but I think it's time for me to say goodbye.
My heart is no longer in the blogging process, I don't have the time, the energy, or the desire to continue with my blog. This by any stretch of the imagination means I've stopped creating, making cards, or scrapbook pages, I'm still getting inky, and crafting, but my desire to share it on the blog has waned.
I've made some great friends through this blog, people who are like minded individuals, with a creative flair. I've been on some amazing design teams (the stamp spot, feeling sketchy etc), but at this point, I like the freedom, being off of design teams allows me, the ability to craft, just for me, with no deadlines or boundaries.
If you'd like to continue seeing my crafting pursuits, feel free to follow me on instagram (@jessideehandmade) or on my Facebook page (jessidee handmade)

Thank you for following me, and joining me in the past 5 years!

The Greeting Farm - Shaped birthday card

Just a quick share tonight, before I head to bed...
For this card, I die cut a pennant shape, using the Silhouette *LOVE* and then grabbed some patterned papers, from a no name stack, and a Kaisercraft stack.I doodled around the edges, and added some lime green ribbon. The sentiment is made up of two different brands, Simon Says Stamp and PTI. The main image is a The Greeting Farm stamp, mixed with a Gorjuss stamp, and has been coloured using my Spectrum Noir Markers. I added more doodling, and finished off the card with some paper roses, and a resin daisy.

Hi guys! I'm back to share a scrapbook page I did last week, but have only just had a chance to photograph and edit!
For this layout, I started with some light pink card stock, which I used turquoise paint on, with a mask. I then grabbed some hot pink patterned paper from Kaisercraft, and mixed it with another patterned paper by Webster's Pages. I added some embellishments which include mixed paper, and fabric flowers, flair, a wooden frame, and a doily. My title is created using my silhouette, and a dymo labeller.

Some Odd Girl - Birthday Card

Hi Hi! I've been terrible at this blogging thing recently. I haven't been crafting much either... But, this card was screaming to be made.
I started by grabbing some patterned paper from two different Kaisercraft paper pads, and the brown one is from American Crafts. I coloured up my Some Odd Girl image, using my Spectrum Noir markers, and fussy cut her out. I then layered up my papers, and doodled around the edges. The sentiment is from Simon Says Stamp, and I've used paper flowers, a MFT Die-Namic feather and some sequins to finish off this card.

The Greeting Farm - Birthday Card

Hi guys! I have been sick, and overwhelmed with uni work recently, so haven't had a lot of chance to create anything... I did get a new toy to play with in the mail, on Monday... I got one of these, and it's amazing!
It's a Silhouette Cameo, it plugs into the PC and die cuts digital files, much like the Big Shot, and Cricut, without the need for 100's of dies or cartridges!
Anyway, I've uploaded a few cards to my stores (Etsy + Madeit), so stop by to have a look, now on to my card today
For this card, I used some patterned papers, by Echo Park, Everyday Eclectic (an old collection) and the hot pink at the bottom is from Kaisercraft. I layered them together, and added some gold ribbon. The main image is from The Greeting Farm, and I've coloured her up using my Spectrum Noir markers. I added some paper roses, and sequins, before creating the sentiment, which is a mix of dymo labels, My Minds Eye stickers, The Alley Way Stamps and some hand writing.
