Annabelle Stamps - Daisies - Thinking of You

Hiya!
I was warned when I created this card that, I'd become addicted to Annabelle Stamps... So, it was no surprise that I had to buy a couple more...  I ended up with this one, as well as an adorable little bee (which I'll share once I get him inky)
Here is my card -
I started by stamping a Crumbcake card base with the Stampin' Up! background stamp - En Francais, then I stamped the largest, and smallest daisies on to some X-press it Blender card and coloured them up using my Spectrum Noirs. The square has been covered in some lovely washi tape, from The Stamp Spot, and the sentiment is from The Alley Way Stamps. I stamped another little daisy, and leaf, coloured them, and fussy cut them to pop next to the sentiment. Everything got a liberal serving of my doodled borders as well... hehe
Here is the close up -
I am entering this into three challenges, the first is the sketch from Mojo Monday, the washi tape challenge at Moxie Fab and the anything goes challenge at Simon Says Stamp

The Greeting Farm - Miss Anya Dressy - Feeling Sketchy

Hi again! Back to share my Feeling Sketchy DT post with you this morning! I had a bit of fun with this sketch
FS #21
Here is my interpretation, flipped and rotated...
I started by paper piecing, and colouring this tall Anya, she is from The Greeting Farm, Miss Anya Dressy set, and I thought her outfit would look great with some Argyle print and make it into a school uniform. The patterned papers are from My Minds Eye. for the sentiment box, I decided to try to make it look like a notebook, held together with twine, the two strips on the side, I used Printed Twill Ribbon, which is in the August Ribbon Club Kit
I also took inspiration from the Retro Fresh colour challenge, Orange, Yellow and Light Blue, this stamp came out in 2009! I love it though, and will continue to use it!
Don't forget to pop over to the Feeling Sketchy blog, and play along for your chance to win a prize pack from Ribbon Carousel!

Stampin' Up! En Francais for an Anniversary card.

Hi guys! I have another quick post before I go to bed... I haven't done a card with no colouring for a while, so here it is -
It's really hard to photograph white on white cards.... :-/ I used a couple of different embossing folders on various layers to give some dimension and texture... maybe this photo shows it better -
The sentiment is computer generated, because I don't have any Anniversary stamps in my collection! I cut out the hearts using patterned paper from Echo Park, and the doily from my stash. There is a little bit of ribbon behind the circle, but it is hard to see too...
I used inspiration from a couple of sources for this one, first up was the Moxie Fab World Tuesday Trigger, I was inspired by the delightful white on white with just a touch of colour, as well as the stool (which I have represented with my gold background stamping), as well as the base boards, which I have tried to replicate with my embossing on the bottom portion of the card. I was also inspired by the Mojo Monday sketch this week.
Thanks for popping around, I'll be back sometime later to share a circle card I made, with my markers getting another workout!

The Greeting Farm - Chelsea Christmas Card

So, I crafted again today! Wooh! So, here are the fruits of my labour-
I was originally going to use Angel Anya, but couldn't find her, so ended up using Wild Sprout Chelsea instead, and colouring her for a Christmas Card!
I coloured her up using my Spectrum Noir Markers, (of course,) and fussy cut her out. I stamped the Kraft layer using En Francais from Stampin' Up! in white craft ink, and sprayed some perfect pearl mist in copper over the top. I then cut out a doily using my Cheery Lynn Die with printer paper and spritzed it with more perfect pearl mist. I then layered up some ribbons and stitched all around the edge of the Kraft layer. Once that was done, I masked and stamped the present from Gifty Gwen and coloured them up with my markers. I fussy cut them out and then layered them and Chelsea up on some distressed white card and stamped the  sentiment from Gifty Gwen on the card. "Family is the Greatest Gift - Of the Season"
I used inspiration for this card from Splitcoast Stampers - TGFSC23 Sketch, the Anyone for Anya? Christmas in July challenge and the Annabelle Stamps Say it with Christmas.

Kraftin' Kimmie Goldilocks

Hello again! I'm here to share another card I made over the weekend (it was a very productive weekend card wise) Here it is -
I received an order from Lime Tart last Friday, and it in was my first ever Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps! So, while  I was supposed to be packing, I sat and coloured this chicky in... This is Goldilocks, and I thought I'd struggle a bit with her masses of hair... but surprisingly, I found her very simple to colour! I used my Spectrum Noir Markers to colour her, and used lots of the same colour groups to get a lot of shading... I the cut her out until I'd decided what to do with her... Luckily, Annmaree pointed me in the direction of the Kraftin' Kimmie blog/challenge, so I built my card. I used a Crumbcake base, stamped with En Francais in the same colour, and sponged the edges. I used some scrap patterned paper (from My Minds Eye) and some beautiful white satin ribbon from Ribbon Carousel and tied a bow. The main image panel is a new to me spellbinders nestie Labels 2 which I sponged with a bunch more Crumbcake Ink. The sentiment is from the Kraftin' Kimmie stamp set Goldilocks and it's a sentiment I will use a lot, I can tell.... :)
I am entering this in the Kraftin' Kimmie sketch challenge and also into the Stampalot Challenge which is Tic Tac Toe, and I have used the third row, down, Pink, Brown and Bling :)

Feeling Sketchy Week 9 Scrapbook Sketch

Hi guys! It's that time of the week again! Brand new sketch over at Feeling Sketchy! This week is a scrapbook sketch, but if you're not a scrapbooker, feel free to edit it to a card :)
F-Sketchy Scrapbook 2
And here is my version -
This is my adorable niece Brianna she recently celebrated her 1st birthday (see yesterdays post) I started off with some aqua blue Bazzill and some Fancy Pants 12x12 patterned paper and went with the colours in the paper as my starting point. I have stamped a piece of Pretty in Pink cardstock with the En Francais background stamp and sponged the edges. My photo is matted on some Crumbcake card stock and my cluster of embellishments is a bit of mix -
I've used a Christmas transparency and layered it up with a crochet doily a bottle cap, and some yellow roses. The bottle cap is one I bought a while ago, but I didn't particularly like the image that was underneath, so I pried off the resin top, cut out a circle that fit (from Stampin' Up! patterned paper) and stuck it back down using clear drying glue. The mini flag says Pretty Little Girl and is from My Minds Eye. The main title is a chipboard title I've covered (quite a lot) in Liquid Pearls to add a bit of bling. I finished off the page with a corner of rhinestones to balance the corner of embellishments.
Recently at our Feeling Sketchy facebook page, we reached 200 (!) fans, and it was such a buzz for the sketchettes! Feel free to pop over and 'like' the page!

Stampin' Up! Fresh Vintage and Friends Never Fade

Hey Hey! (I recently went back through a bunch of my posts, and realised most of them start with "Hi There", so changing it up a bit!) I have a quick layered card to share today! I rarely use more than two or three layers on my cards, so this one was a bit of a deviation for me! Including the ribbon, there is 10 (!) layers on this card!!
.
I started off with a Crumbcake base, layered with Blushing Bride and then some heavily stamped Vanilla. I stamped it with the flower image from Sale-a-bration set Fresh Vintage, and the En Francais Background stamp in Crumbcake and sponged the edges. Next I cut out a scallop circle in Crumbcake, and a Circle Nestie in Very Vanilla, which got the same treatment as the background. I added two layers of ribbon, the bottom layer is the Ribbon Carousel's Vintage Seam Binding ribbon in Leather Tan, and some pretty pink ruffled ribbon. The next layers are the image/sentiment which is from Friends Never Fade, and has been stamped in Wild Wasabi and layered on to Vanilla and then Crumbcake, this was popped on with a bunch of dimensionals. I added three paper roses in pink and three pearls to finish off this card.
I am entering this into three challenges, the first is the sketch over at The Ribbon Carousel, next is the Tuesday Trigger from Moxie Fab World and finally, the Bit O'Green challenge at Simon Says Stamp challenge blog.
