The Greeting Farm - Birthday Card

Hi guys! I have been sick, and overwhelmed with uni work recently, so haven't had a lot of chance to create anything... I did get a new toy to play with in the mail, on Monday... I got one of these, and it's amazing!
It's a Silhouette Cameo, it plugs into the PC and die cuts digital files, much like the Big Shot, and Cricut, without the need for 100's of dies or cartridges!
Anyway, I've uploaded a few cards to my stores (Etsy + Madeit), so stop by to have a look, now on to my card today
For this card, I used some patterned papers, by Echo Park, Everyday Eclectic (an old collection) and the hot pink at the bottom is from Kaisercraft. I layered them together, and added some gold ribbon. The main image is from The Greeting Farm, and I've coloured her up using my Spectrum Noir markers. I added some paper roses, and sequins, before creating the sentiment, which is a mix of dymo labels, My Minds Eye stickers, The Alley Way Stamps and some hand writing.

The Greeting Farm - 1st Birthday Card

Hiya, I've been creating, quietly! I've been working on some more custom cards, if there's anything you want, pop over to my facebook page, and hit contact me! I should also point out, Friday is the last day to order Easter cards!!
Anyway, onto this card -
For this card, I used one of the Princess Anyas, stamped her, and coloured her up with my Spectrum Noirs. I used patterned paper from My Minds Eye (I think) and paired it with a non branded ombre pink paper. I doodled around the edges. Attached some pink ribbon loops and a trio of sequins.
Here is the close up. I added stickles to her wand and crown

Some Odd Girl - Angel Kaylee - Best Wishes

Hi again! I've got a bunch of custom cards on my desk at the moment, so keep an eye out for them soon! Pop over to my Facebook Page to see what's happening, or to order a custom card!
Anyways, on to the card
For this card, I started by selecting some older Echo Park patterned papers, from a boys range they released early last year (I think)... I trimmed them all down to the sizes I wanted, then grabbed Angel Kaylee, which I printed off about a month ago... I coloured her up using my Spectrum Noir Markers, and doodled around the edges. I looked for some matching embellishments, and came across the gold ribbon, and some sequins. I used a sticker from My Minds Eye for the sentiment, and popped it up on dimensional adhesive. I also added a circle of twine, to add a bit of texture...
If you want to know how I tie my bows, I did create a tutorial, but it never made it on to the blog! You can find it here - Bow Tutorials

The Greeting Farm - Another Easter Card

I told you I'd be back, with another Easter Card ;)
So, today is the third in the collection for my very special Facebook customer!
For this one, I started by picking out some papers from Kaisercraft, I actually shuffled papers around a while for this one, as I was getting to the point of uninspired, before going to bed! I settled on a bright pink and yellow theme for this one, as I had some perfectly matching ribbon from Stampin' Up! in my stash!
I coloured my Easter Anya, using my Spectrum Noir markers, and then layered everything up, (with the regular doodling) I popped Anya up using dimensional adhesive, popped my printed sentiment on top of the ribbon and added some paper and resin flowers.

Kraftin' Kimmie - Classy Lady Birthday

Hi ya! I've had a lot of cards disappear from my shop the last week, as I had a big wholesale order come in, so I'm getting back into the groove, and making more! While they may not always show up here, I do try to keep my facebook page, and pinterest board fresh with all my stock :)
Anyway, onto my card for today!
I actually started this card, from the base up, I trimmed patterned paper from Echo Park and Webster's Pages and layered it on to black card stock, doodled around the edges and wrapped some pretty gold satin ribbon around, before tying a really big bow. I then dug through my stamps, and grabbed this Kraftin' Kimmie stamp, inked her up and then coloured her using my Spectrum Noir Markers. I fussy cut her out, attached her to the card base, using dimensional adhesive and then focused on my embellishments. I grabbed a wooden flourish, coloured it black, using my Spectrum Noir Marker, then embossed a "Happy Birthday" sentiment on it in gold. The embellishments are two gold sequins, and a diamanté button.

Kraftin' Kimmie - Birthday Card

Hiya! I've been busy creating, but haven't been able to drag my butt to the computer, to blog!
I've got a couple of cards to share, that will be heading into my store, as soon as I can wrangle a few minutes to do it!
Now, on to the card I want to share with you today
I started by picking out some scrap papers, that have been floating around my stash a while, I think these are from Echo Park (or My Minds Eye!) I then inked up Lucy, from Kraftin' Kimmie, and coloured her up, using my Spectrum Noir markers. I trimmed her out, and set her aside, and built my card. I used my computer and printer to create the sentiment, and then attached it, some ribbon and some bling to the card, before popping Lucy, and the extra book using dimensional adhesive...

Kraftin' Kimmie - Birthday Card, Take 2

So, I've been crafting again, and made another Birthday card, featuring another Kraftin' Kimmie image -
I grabbed a new paper pad, that arrived yesterday, from Echo Park (For the Record), and selected this fun daisy paper, and the beautiful red paper as well. I doodled around the edges, and mounted it on some black card. I wrapped some black grosgrain ribbon around the papers and then tied a big yellow bow over the top. I coloured up my Kraftin' Kimmie stamp using my Spectrum Noirs, and mounted the image panel on more black card. The sentiment is another one from Kraftin' Kimmie, and I added a trio of flowers and rhinestones to finish off the card.

The Greeting Farm & Alacraft Birthday Card

It's that time of the month again, where I share my Alacraft project with you all!
Don't forget the monthly giveaway on the Alacraft website, and the 20% off for all blog readers (just use code JESS20 on checkout)
Now, on to my card! I'm really excited by this one... Sad, I know...
As always, I started by picking out some patterned papers, and the stamp I wanted to use... For this card, I used Echo Park patterned paper, and stamps by The Greeting Farm, & Stampin' Up! I coloured up my little girl, using pinks and purples, then set her aside. I folded a card base in white, then trimmed down some pink card to fit inside it. My patterned paper was trimmed to size, then doodled around the entire piece. I then added some pretty Satin ribbon (in Iris, I think). I popped a ribbon slider on, and attached the ribbon to the back of my card, using double sided tape. Then, I went through my stash of flowers, and grabbed a white flower with pearl stems, a pink flower and a purple rose. These were attached with hot glue, and then I found a pink rhinestone, and had it peek out from behind the white flower...

Hiya! I told you I'd be back to share another project... this is scheduled for today, so I'll be back....
I started off by picking out some patterned paper, and my stamp for this one.. I used patterned paper by PTI, and trimmed it down, doodled around the edges and then inked up my Kraftin' Kimmie stamp. I coloured her using my Spectrum Noir markers and trimmed her out. I laid down some black grosgrain ribbon, the popped my Kimmie up on dimensionals. I gathered some embellishments, a star button, a blue button and a red brad. I then layered them up using tape and foam adhesive. The top of the bookmark has a button and some embroidery twine.

Tiddly Inks- Christmas Card

Hi guys, I've been so bogged down with uni work, that I've not had a lot of time to craft, or blog... but, I do have a couple of things to share... Here is my first card-
I started out by stamping, and colouring up a Tiddly Inks image, and glittered her wings. I then selected some patterned papers (from My Minds Eye) and trimmed them down to size, I added doodling, and some lace with ribbon before attaching to my card base, which is made from Bazzil card. The sentiment is from Stampin' Up and I added a trio of sequins (with bling centres) to finish off the card.

Kraftin' Kimmie - Gamer Girl Birthday Card

Hi again!
I made this card the other evening, but am only just getting around to posting it...

I started off by stamping the sentiment (I think it's Hero Arts) and masking it off before stamping the Kraftin' Kimmie - Gamer Girl. I then coloured her up, using my Spectrum Noir markers, she was then cut out using some dies, and set aside... I used background papers from Amy Tangerine, and American Crafts, and layered them up on some grey card before doodling around the edges (surprised?!?) I then laid down some yellow ribbon (which I trimmed into a banner shape) and then went through my resin rose grab bags from  D-Lish Scraps, and grabbed matching roses in two sizes, glued them down with my hot glue gun, and added some adhesive rhinestones. I finished off the card, by attaching a speech bubble paper clip!

I've been busy, updating my Madeit store, so pop on over to take a look!

Saturated Canary - Lovely Blank Card

Hiya! I have a card to share today, that I made the night before last, that is now zooming it's way to a wonderful family member for their birthday!
I started by printing out the Lovely digital stamp (currently on sale for this challenge!) and then, I picked out the paper I wanted to use... In this case, I picked out some PTI paper, that has some gold scattered leaves in it... I then coloured up Lovely, using my Spectrum Noir Markers, and die cut a spellbinders shape around her. I layered the patterned paper on white card, doodled around the edges with a SU! gold marker and popped some pretty gold ribbon down, and decided to add some dimension, using some flowers...
I've used a Prima red flower, some Kaisercraft paper blooms and a couple of tiny, resin roses....
Here is the close up...
I originally used the sketch from Monday Lunch time sketch, until I realised my ribbon was going the wrong way... I'm going to link it up anyway... and hope for the best!

Wild Rose Studio - Mother's Day Card

Hi guys!
I have a Mother's Day card to share today, that features some awesome products from Alacraft. I received an email recently, letting me know that Alacraft are now doing a $25 monthly giveaway! All you need to do, is pop your email address in at this link, and you're in the draw!
Now, onto my card!
I started out inking up the cute teddy, with flowers from Wild Rose Studio, and colouring it up with my Spectrum Noir Markers. I then picked out the papers I wanted to use. These bright, fun ones are from the Craft Paper Pad - Sweet Party (which is a total bargain at $2 a pack, and they measure 6x6) I then trimmed them down to the card base size, doodled around the edges, and stamped the sentiment, from Kaisercraft. I decided the card needed some lace and chose this one, as it has little hearts along it... (How cute is that?!) Then, I grabbed my stash of satin ribbons and used this Light Teal in 6mm. It's a good size for card fronts, as I don't think it overwhelms the main image. I then attached everything together, using some double sided tape, and added a trio of pearls, to the opposite diagonal to the sentiment. These Pearls come attached together, in strips, which is great if you want to put them in a line, like I have on this card, but with a tiny snip of some scissors, it's easy to make them single pearls as well!

The Greeting Farm - No Colour Stamp! Glimmer Bean!

Hi Ya!
I have a card to share today, that is a little different from my usual.... There is no colouring!! I'm shocked too ... he he
I started with my card base, which is just plain white A4 Card, trimmed down to A5 (in half) and folded... I used the striped patterned paper from this cute paper pad, and attached it using double sided tape. The embossed piece is light blue card, and has tiny little hearts embossed into it. The ribbon, is the Hot Pink from Alacraft, and I've tied a bow, attached a crochet flower, with a large turquoise rhinestone in the centre. The main image was stamped, with a touch of glitter added to the top hearts, and the swirl next to The Greeting Farm's Glimmer Bean. I added a border of black card to the patterned paper base, as well as in the corner of the image, before attaching a die cut heart, covered in glitter.
Here is the close up -
I am entering this into three challenges, the first is the sketch from Double Take Tuesdays, the embossing challenge from Farm Fresh Friday, and last but not least, the no colour challenge at Anyone For Anya?
Don't forget, I have a coupon code for Alacraft, available for all my blog readers! Just pop JESS20 into the checkout to receive 20% off of your purchase!

Magnolia Aussie Tilda - Thinking of You Card

Hi guys!
I have a card to share today, that isn't my usual style... If you follow me on Instagram, you've already seen it! But here it is none the less-
I started out stamping the new addition (to my stamp family) is this Aussie Tilda, from Magnolia Stamps. I coloured her up using my Spectrum Noir Markers, and then did a dotty border around her...
I then built my card up.... I grabbed some patterned paper from My Minds Eye, and doodle a border around it. The rest of the card was made up with lots of yummy bits and bobs from Alacraft! I used some lace, that is very similar to this one, then tied a little bow using this pretty satin ribbon in 6mm, I added a craft flower, this one is made out of polyster fabric, I think I'll be using these a lot... They add the real wow factor! I added a second flower, and a apricot button from my stash, as well as a decorative pin.
I attached everything using this tape, which is perfect for paper crafting, as it doesn't lose it's stickiness like some can in warm/humid weather. I finished off my card with a trio of pearl embellishments above the main image panel. These ones come attached in a row, which is a great way to use them, but, I always trim them apart to get the most out of a pack!
As a thank you for checking out my blog, you're welcome to a discount voucher from Alacraft!
Just pop JESS20 in the Discount box on checkout to receive 20% off of your order!
I am entering this card into two challenges - the first is the Magnolia Down Under challenge - Especially for You! and the sketch challenge from Sketchy Friday, except I made it into a square card, so my main image would fit!

Kraftin' Kimmie - Make a Wish

Hi ya! Welcome back!
I have another card to share this morning...
I'm trying to get lots of crafting in before heading back to uni this coming week! (I'm studying a Bachelor of Education, Primary) I'm also trying to make my way through my offcut drawer!
Here is the card I made -
I knew I wanted to use this too cute Kraftin' Kimmie stamp... I inked her up, and coloured her in with my Spectrum Noir markers. I then went through my offcut patterned paper drawer, and selected these two (both My Minds Eye - old collections) I doodled the borders, and die cut a scallop border out of the polka dot one. I then found some bright yellow ribbon, and tied a bow. The sentiment is from My Favourite Things, and I hand cut a pennant into it. The card was finished off with a few rhinestones.
Here is the close - up!

I am entering this into the Kraftin' Kimmie Fussy cutting challenge... Cause you know I love me some fussy cutting! And also the sketch challenge from Tuesday Morning Sketches
