My Favourite Things - Cards - Penguins in Paradise and Woof You

Hi Guys! I've recently started holidays from work (yesterday was my last day) so I got home and crafted. I made two cards and will share both with you today!
Both, are fun, bright cards, but we will start with this one -
For this card, I used a new My Favourite Things stamp set in my collection, called Penguins in Paradise, stamped and coloured using Copic Markers. I used papers from Lawn Fawn, and a no name brand paper pad I bought at our local cheap shop. I added some doodling, some black resin dots and some bright pink ribbon.
Here's my second Card -
I used another MFT Stamp for this one - Woof You and coloured her, using copics, and paper pieced her overalls. I've used patterned papers from My Minds Eye and the same orange (cheap shop purchase) from the previous card. I popped some yellow ribbon on, as well as some paper flowers.

The Greeting Farm - Mermaid "Just because" card

Hi Hi! I hope you all had a wonderful Valentine's Day, Nick and I pretty much ignored it, way too much stuff to plan for the wedding, to worry about Valentine's. We did go and see "Deadpool" at the cinema, on Saturday, and I got to craft! Here is one of the cards I created!
I have been keeping an eye out, at The Reject Shop (a cheap variety store, locally) They have been getting some wonderful paper pads in, including a tropical one, so I grabbed it, and a gold, and pink one. I decided this The Greeting Farm stamp would go perfectly with these papers. I coloured up the Mermaid Anya, using a mix of Copic Markers, and Spectrum Noir Markers, and fussy cut her out. O used my big shot and circle dies to create the cuts, and stamped a really old sentiment on there, surrounding it with a trio of sequins.

The Greeting Farm - Matilda Thank You card

Hello! Well, it's coming up to Thanksgiving in the USA, and although we don't celebrate it here in Australia, I thought a card saying Thank You was appropriate. I have a lot to be thankful for at the moment, good friends, awesome family, and of course, being some what healthy (it could always be worse.) I also love my online buddies, and the design teams I'm on. Anyway, onto my card!
For this card, I used Matilda, from The Greeting Farm, inked her up, and coloured her with my Spectrum Noir Markers. I then made the rest of my card, I used patterned papers from Kaisercraft, White twill ribbon from Ribbon Carousel, I stamped the label using the flower image from Friends Never Fade, from Stampin' Up! The sentiment is from Just Believe (SU!) I added a few pearls, and a border punch to finish off this card.  Here is a close up (everyone loves a close up)
I am entering this into two challenges, the colour challenge, in this weeks Double Take Tuesday, and the sketch from Anyone for Anya?

Rachelle Anne Miller - Candy Time and I create a Just Because Card

Hi guys! Back again with another card I made up last night. I won a stamp from The Stamp Spot from last months challenge, and this was my first go at inking her up...
This is a Soft Suede card base, layered with White card stock and patterned paper from My Minds Eye. I have tied some pink ribbon and popped a bow on, as well as a sentiment from Hero Arts. I coloured Candy Time using my Stampin' Write Markers and Blender Pen. I then cut her out using my nestabilities (this is my favourite shape) and sponged around the edges. I added a rolled rose out of pink felt, and added some bling and buttons.
I am entering this into two challenges, the first is the sketch from Tuesday Morning Sketches and then the colour/swirls challenge from the Ribbon Carousel.
Thanks for popping by. Full supply list as follows...

Stampin' Up! Friendly Phrases and I create a just because card.

Hi guys! I'm back again with another card... At the moment, I'm trying to use more patterned papers on my cards, I have a whole bunch of the 6" x 6" paper pads from various companies, so I figured I should start using them! I also need to keep using the ribbons I've got, as I have a slight obsession in buying new ribbon from The Ribbon Carousel! Anyway, on to my card!
I've used a Baja Breeze card base, layered it with Confetti White card and a piece of Daffodil Delight (with a littl punched border of Baja Breeze) The patterned paper on this card is from My Minds Eye and I've cut it into one and a half inch squares, the spent ages lining them all up and glued them down. Before attaching the Daffodil Piece to the Confetti White piece, I added some Stampin' Up! Vanilla Seam Binding Ribbon and tied a bow. The sentiment (from Friendly Phrases, Stampin' Up!) is stamped in Night of Navy, and is set off with 3 blue rhinestones.
I am entering this into the CardPatterns sketch challenge.
Thanks for dropping by!

Stampin' Up! I {Heart} Hearts and I make a fun Hello! Card

I love cards to send out a quick hello, I'm thinking about you today... So, last night when I sat down to craft (instead of sleeping) I made this one
I have used a Marina Mist card base (not a colour I use very often!) and layered it with some Crumbcake (Kraft) and some patterned paper that has been in my stash for ever. I then stamped some hearts from I {Heart} Hearts in Marina Mist, Crumbcake and Sahara Sand, cut them out, and layered them on the patterned paper. I added some punchie hearts to fill. The sentiment is a new one I just received in the mail, and is a Hero Arts one.
I am entering this into three challenges, the first is the Freshly Made Sketches weekly sketch, which actually had me baffled for some time... The second challenge is the Play Date Cafe colour challenge, oh I liked this one :) and lastly, the Simon Says Stamp free for all, anything goes.
Thanks for dropping by!
You may have noticed, I've added a link to my etsy shop on the right, so if anything catches your eye, just pop over and have a look :)
Happy Stamping!
