Quick Share

Just a quick share before bed! I have made 2 cards tonight, but you will only get to see one tonight, come back in the morning, and I will share the other!
This was created with a few challenges in mind, and a few unintentional adds... hehe
The first is the sketch from Clean and Simple, which I love (as always hey?)
Then, I am entering this into a bunch of Stamping Vacations challenges....  No Flowers, Colour Combo (blue and yellow - this was an unintentional entry....) and Valentines Day
Have a go at the Clean and Simple sketch, and let me know what you come up with
Happy Stamping!

JAI 52

A quick share with you today!

This card came together really easily after I knew what I wanted to use. The sketch was one that was taunting me.... So, I had to participate. The Just Add Ink sketch seemed to be a lot harder than it actually was to pull together...

I knew I wanted to use the colour combo of Perfect Plum, Very Vanilla and Crumbcake, so the card took off from there, with the addition of some non-SU ribbon and a Blushing Bride sentiment. I'm pleased with how this card came out, not my usual colours, but something that came out of left field and bowled me over.... (enough sports metaphors?)
Come back during the week, to enter my blog candy that is coming up to celebrate the beginning of Sale A Bration, and my 300th Blog Post!

Colour Challenge Cards

Feels like a while since I posted anything, but in retrospect it has only been 3 days... I have been crafting though... I have made four cards. I made two on Friday night, one I'm not going to share, because I really don't like it... the other is this one for the Moxie Fab World Gray is the new Black Challenge.
I used a retired colour with this card, one I didn't even know I owned... Taken with Teal. I have paired it with Basic Grey, Whisper white and vellum. There was supposed to be another rhinestone, but it fell off somewhere.... "hmmm..."
The next two cards, I created last night, they are also for colour challenges.
The first of the two is for the Just Add Ink colour challenge,
I found that I sat looking at these colours together for a long time before deciding on something... When I did decide, it was to make a card that Danielle Daws had a tutorial for on UStamp. I loved the simplicity of the card she created, and the wow factor that went along with it.... so here is my interpretation
The last card I have to show you is for the Inkspirations most recent colour challenge, which is another doozy...
This is a colour combo I had massive issues with! I'm not a huge fan of Peach Parfait, or Orange in general.... The card I'm not showing you was made with this colour combo... Anyway, here is the card for this challenge
As you can see, I've fallen back into my safe colour of Kraft/Crumbcake... If all else fails, pull out the crumbcake....
