Unity Stamps - Masculine Birthday Card

Hi guys! Back again, with a completely different birthday card than the one I posted earlier (scroll down, or click here)

I started out stamping, and colouring up this adorable VW Combi, from Unity Stamps, and fussy cut it out. I didn't have anything in mind for this little car until I'd coloured it up.... So, once I'd finished, I had to find some papers that matched it... I went to my trusty Sn@p 6x6 paper pad, and came up with this fun hexagon patterned paper, and a cute kraft shipping label from my stash. I doodled around all the layers, and attached the paper and tag to black cardstock, before adhering them together, with a strip of ribbon behind the tag. The cluster of embellishments features two different brads, one a cog shape, the other red arrow like design, and a star hand cut, and covered in glossy accents. The sentiment is from My Favourite Things.
I am entering this into the Sketchy Friday challenge, and the Simon Says Stamp Anything Goes
Thanks for dropping by again :)

Scrapbooking Family Photos and Botanical Gardens Photo

Hello!
I have a couple of scrapbook pages to share of what I've been up to recently!
This is quite a photo heavy post, so grab a cuppa and enjoy the read/browse!
This is a page that uses lots of yummy goodies from The Stamp Spot store! I started off with a white piece of cardstock, and before doing anything else, I grabbed my red polka dot washi tape and laid some out along the edges, trying to make it as straight as possible. I then mounted my photo on white cardstock, and chose my patterned paper. I cut a scallop border using my MFT Die-namic using red cardstock. I then focused on my embellishments...
This close up shows some more red polka dot washi tape and some turquoise spotted washi tape as well and put it on some white cardstock and die cut it through the big shot with my Mini-Pennant Die-Namic and stuck it down on top of an overlay. I popped a lovely tag from Chic Tags (Lovely Day) and a crochet flower, which I popped a button from FindingNana (Memory) on top of.
This corner has a little tag with the details and another washi tape pennant. This page fits the requirements for White With 1 challenge, Red and Turquoise!
Now, onto the second page...

I started off with some Kraft cardstock and layered patterned paper (My Minds Eye), and white cardstock on top of it, my photos were printed with a white border, so I didn't have to layer them up at all! Now onto the close-ups
This shows more pennants, made out of the patterned papers. I popped a sticker from Sn@p Life Label Stickers and I wrote my little bit of journalling inside. I popped a glitter brad, and plain coloured brads randomly around the label.
This shows a couple of buttons, and another journalling spot from Sn@p Life
Finally, this last photo shows another FindingNana button, this time from Happy Day and another button with a Kaisercraft bingo card, and another crochet flower. It also shows the doodling I did around the photos, and the title, which is simply Family. This page fits the challenge from KraftItUp which is turquoise, red, orange and white all on a Kraft background!
Thanks for popping around!

Some Odd Girl - Hey Kaylee and I create a "Hello" Card

Hi guys! Not that long ago, Some Odd Girls held a blog hop for their newest releases, and I was lucky enough to win a prize! I won this lovely stamp set
Isn't it just the cutest stamp set ever? Well... I finally had a chance to ink her up this evening... and created this card
A Crumbcake (Kraft) card base layered with patterned paper from My Minds Eye, Wisteria Wonder card stock which I have run through the Big Shot with an embossing folder, and another piece of Crumbcake which I have wrapped some thin Calypso Coral ribbon around and made a multi-looped bow with a brad securing them together. The Kaylee looks incredibly pale in this photo, but I will try to get a better one in the sunshine tomorrow, she was coloured with my Stampin Write Markers.
I am entering this in to the Freshly Made Sketches challenge this week, which is the sketch below flipped to make a vertical card...
Thanks for popping by!

C.C. Designs Hansel and I create a Just for You card

Hi There! I wanted to share my first post for The Stamp Spot, as on of the fabulous Design Team.
Ok, on to my card
This is Hansel from C.C. Designs. I think he is the most adorable little fellah ever! I coloured him with a pack of Derwent pencils and some Mineral Turpentine (you can use Baby Oil, or Gamsol) to blend the colours. I stamped him a second time onto a Spellbinders Nesting Circle and sponged the edges with Distress Ink in Tumbled Glass. The background is Lucky Limeade cardstock, layered with bunting paper from My Minds Eye, some punched Daffodil Delight card and some embossed Sahara Sand card. On top of the yellow is a piece of Brown Satin Ribbon. The second little circle has the same treatment as the larger one, and has been attached to the card using a piece of Honeydew Twine from the Twinery. Below the sentiment is a tiny little star brad that has been in my stash forever, and finally has a home :)

I am also entering this into the Deconstructing Jen Sketch challenge
Don't forget to head over to the challenge and enter for your chance to win some lovely goodies!

Stampin' Up! Welcome Christmas and I make a quick and easy Christmas Card

Hi guys! This was the second card I made last night
This is one of my newest acquisitions from Stampin' Up! It's a beautiful Christmas set, that includes a few silhouettes, two big sentiments, and this really pretty wreath. I used a piece of Very Vanilla card stock, stamped the wreath in Old Olive, and then with some red stickles, popped some berries on top. The sentiment is one from Gelatins and I have stamped it on some Vellum in Real Red and attached it to my card base using some Stampin' Up! Glitter Brads. I think this fits my criteria for a Christmas card, easy to make multiples :)

I am entering this into the challenge over at Clean & Simple as I followed their sketch. :)
