Lawn Fawn - Easter Card

Hi guys! I'm back, and I've got an Easter card to share...
I don't make many, as it's not something I've ever really made many of, because I don't send or receive them! Anyway, on to the card
I started by stamping and colouring a trio of bunnies from Lawn Fawn. I found some paper in my stash, that is from My Minds Eye (I believe) and I die cut three circles, using the Big Shot. I then added my doodling inside the circles, as well as around the patterned paper. I stamped a sentiment (also from Lawn Fawn) and an egg, which I coloured with Copics/Spectrum Noir Markers.

Belated Easter Cards

Hi guys! I've been on prac this last week, and I must say I'm absolutely loving it! I haven't had much time to craft though... Last night though, I had a friend over, who asked for two belated Easter cards... So, I sat and created!
This one, I used a Greeting Farm stamp, coloured with my spectrum Noir Markers, and patterned papers from Carte Bella, Echo Park and Kaisercraft. I used paper flowers from D-Lish Scraps and the sentiment is from Stampin' Up!
I used the sketch from Mojo Monday for this card.
This second card, I printed a digital image, From the Heart Stamps, and coloured it up with my spectrum noir markers as well. I used patterned papers from an unknown company (no brand), and doodled around the edges. I wanted to keep this one fairly clean and simple, with nothing that an almost one year old could pull off, and stick in her mouth...

From The Heart - Easter Card

After finishing my custom card order of Easter Cards (from my facebook page) last week, I decided I should make some up for my etsy and madeit stores as well!
So, I sat down and crafted yesterday, as a reward for finishing my assignment (wooh!)
When I print digital images, that I've not coloured before, I print at least two, so if I mess one up, I can just move on to the second copy. I printed this digital stamp, created by From the Heart Stamps, and used it last week, so I had a spare copy, on my desk, ready to be coloured!
I used my Spectrum Noir Markers, and then fussy cut around the image, leaving a small white border. I then grabbed a bunch of offcuts for this card, from Stampin' Up!, Echo Park and Kaisercraft, that were sitting in my scrap paper box. I cut them all down and attached them, before adding my doodling, and the sentiment, which is computer generated. I added some paper flowers, and a couple of hot pink rhinestones.

The Greeting Farm - Another Easter Card

I told you I'd be back, with another Easter Card ;)
So, today is the third in the collection for my very special Facebook customer!
For this one, I started by picking out some papers from Kaisercraft, I actually shuffled papers around a while for this one, as I was getting to the point of uninspired, before going to bed! I settled on a bright pink and yellow theme for this one, as I had some perfectly matching ribbon from Stampin' Up! in my stash!
I coloured my Easter Anya, using my Spectrum Noir markers, and then layered everything up, (with the regular doodling) I popped Anya up using dimensional adhesive, popped my printed sentiment on top of the ribbon and added some paper and resin flowers.

The Greeting Farm - Easter Card

Hi Again!
I have another Easter card to share with you today!
I did this card backwards to how I usually do my cards, I selected the papers I wanted to use first. I used patterned paper from American Crafts, and Amy Tangerine. I trimmed them all out, doodled around the edges, and then coloured up my The Greeting Farm image, using my Spectrum Noir Markers.
I printed the sentiment from my computer, and die cut it out, before popping it up with dimensional adhesive.
I added a couple of flat back pearls and called this card done.

From the Heart Stamps - Easter Card

Hiya! I've been busy creating, but not so busy photographing and blogging my creations (oops!)
I have had a couple of custom card orders, so have been busy completing those.
If there are any cards, you'd like custom made, for a special occasion, pop over to my Facebook page, and send me a message!
On to the first card for today -
For this card, I started with the bunny and girl image, from "From the Heart" stamps, printed her out, and coloured it up with my Spectrum Noir Markers. I die-cut the image, and set it aside, then built my card. I used patterned papers from a non-branded paper pad (from a discount store) and layered them up on Night of Navy, Stampin' Up card stock. I then doodled around the edges, and stamped a sentiment (from SU!) I then added a purple flower as well as a couple of buttons, a resin rose and some silver wire, which I'd wrapped around a pin, to give a curly effect.

The Greeting Farm - Easter Card

Hiya! Sorry for the quiet-ness here on the old blog... It's been a busy few weeks, with uni stuff, as well as my operation coming up very quickly! It's less than 2 weeks away now *happy dance!*
I crafted last night, after spending the weekend down at my mums, again....
I started by grabbing this previously uninked stamp from my stash... She's the Easter Anya, unfortunately, she's retired now... I inked her up, and coloured her using my Spectrum Noirs (of course!) and fussy cut her out. I used one piece of patterned paper from the Echo Park Sweet Girl 6x6 paper pad, I just used the reverse of the flowered one, which has a cool yellow woodgrain on it! I stamped the sentiment (SU! Easter Blooms) and tied a bow using some stitched ribbon from SU!
Here is the close up -

I am entering this into 3 challenges... the first is the Sketchy Friday sketch, the Anyone For Anya anything goes challenge, and finally Simon Says Stamp Easter

I've also updated my store, so take a look, before it goes on holiday mode on the 7th of April

Happy Easter

Good Morning, and Happy Easter to you all!
When I woke up, Mark met me at the lounge room door, and told me, some one got into the house last night... When I started freaking out, he told me it was the Easter Bunny, and gave me the basket above. He had managed to keep it a total secret that he had bought any eggs for 5 days, which is funny, cause he cannot keep secrets... at all... There was another Easter basket sitting on the coffee table for him. He told me all during the weeks leading up to Easter that we weren't going to do the egg thing, so it was a nice surprise this morning.
Anyway, I hope you have a great Easter, and I'll be back later with a project to share, I'm sure!

Stampin' Up! Eat Chocolate makes adorable Easter Gift Bags

Last week, I had a craft play date with wonderful people, Sue, and Kim (sick of hearing their names?) One of the projects Sue showed us how to make is this really cute bag
This bag is made out of two A4 pieces of cardstock, when scored and adhered correctly, will fit a 200 gram block of chocolate in it.... For Easter this year, I plan on making a few more of these, and popping blocks of chocolate in them.... I have used the Autumn Spice Designer Series Paper out of Stampin' Up!'s current Winter mini catalogue, paired with Early Espresso, Not Quite Navy, Cherry Cobbler and Old Olive. Head on over to Kim and Sue's blogs to have a look at their takes on this little bag

Stampin' Up! Easter Blooms is makes Beautiful Easter and Mothers Day Cards

I have to admit, when I first saw this stamp set... I really wanted to dislike it... I didn't think I'd be able to make anything from it.... anything I liked anyway.... But.....After Kim brought it to our play day last week (are you sick of hearing about the wonderful Kim yet?) I also admit to loving this stamp set....

For the first one, the colour combo was Blushing Bride, Pear Pizzazz and Whisper White.... The second we made yesterday over a catch up coffee.... Its colours were Early Espresso, Not Quite Navy, Old Olive and Pear Pizzazz. On both cards, I used a soon to be released item (check back 1st of April) for more info. On the second card, I used a recently acquired tool, an Aqua Painter. I love this, and will definitely be using it again... It does take a bit of practice... but, it's a lot of fun!
I am a bit disappointed I didn't discover how much I like this set earlier! I will be buying it before the mini ends on the 31st of March, and if it is something you like, and would like to order before then, give me a call 0405 173 237, or shoot me an email on jessidee86@gmail.com
