Scrapbooking - Hello!

Hi Hi!
I scrapbooked this week, I haven't done anything recently!
I used patterned papers from Kaisercraft and cardstock from Bazzill. I did a bit of inking on the patterned papers, with white ink, and a gold ink spray. I used the Silhouette to cut the main title, and a bunch of embellishments from D-Lish Scraps, including the doilies, flowers and sequins.
Here is the inspiration board, from D-Lish scraps
I went with the sketch, the peach colours, the feathers and gold hints.

Scrapbooking

Hi guys! I'm back to share a scrapbook page I did last week, but have only just had a chance to photograph and edit!
For this layout, I started with some light pink card stock, which I used turquoise paint on, with a mask. I then grabbed some hot pink patterned paper from Kaisercraft, and mixed it with another patterned paper by Webster's Pages. I added some embellishments which include mixed paper, and fabric flowers, flair, a wooden frame, and a doily. My title is created using my silhouette, and a dymo labeller.

Scrapbooking my Nephew and I

Hi Guys, another scrap page to share tonight, before I go crash (I was going to try and create tonight, but I'm so tired!)
Here it is
I started with some Bella Blvd card stock, and layered it up with some old My Minds Eye paper. I added some die-cuts from Teresa Collins, and a die-cut title using the Silhouette. I added a D-Lish scraps flair, some twine, and some wooden flourishes.

Scrapbooking - Nick and I Sydney Trip

Hi guys! I have another scrap page to share, before hopefully sharing a card tomorrow (if I get a chance to photograph it!)
Here is the layout
For this layout, I started with a black card stock base, and painted up a background using shiny gold paint, and a mask. I then grabbed one of my 3 ink sprays and sprayed some gold around. I added some circles using some white paint on a little plastic lid. I added 4 different patterned papers, from Kaisercraft, and Echo Park, a journalling card from October Afternoon, some washi tape, a flair, paper clip and some twine. The tittle is "Happy" which I coloured using my spectrum noir markers and added some gold paint dots. I added a Kaisercraft chipboard window, which I painted and some flowers from D-Lish Scraps.

Scrapbooking - This way to coffee!

Hiya! I have a couple more scrapbook layouts to share, then, hopefully I'll be back to card creating soon!
Here is another layout -
For this layout, I used a photo from my Sydney trip with my older sister. I found an awesome sign, that says Keep calm and Drink Coffee, and NEEDED a pic with it... I used patterned papers from Kaisercraft, paired with a whole bunch of D-Lish Flowers. I didn't realise how many different kinds I had! I added a flair button and some stickers to finish off this layout.

Scrap Page 2 - The Irony...

Hey Hey!
I said I'd be back to share another layout (I'm on a bit of a roll, so be prepared for more!)
Here is the second layout I did last night
For this one, I took a couple of pics of Lachlan in which he is crying... And cut a couple of frame using mums Silhouette (God I love that thing!), I then grabbed some paints (something I never do!) and painted, stamped a background. I added a strip of washi tape, and some patterned paper (Kaisercraft). I added some arrows from Studio Calico, a couple of flair, sequins and resin stars. The title says - "The Irony was not lost!!" it's tough to see, because of the glittered thickers...

Scrapbooking Lachlan Mason

Hiya! I got a bit of craft mojo last night, and decided to start scrapbooking, and I got two layouts done!
Here is the first one -
I started by printing a bunch of photos off, last night and sat with my papers surrounding me, I found some Amy Tangerine (American Crafts) papers, and paired them with some Teresa Collins. I added an October Afternoon journalling card, and an itty bitty craft bag (D-lish Scraps). I added a die cut anchor (thanks mum, for letting me borrow your silhouette, I'm in love!) Then, I added some embellishments, in the way of tickets, flair and chipboard (mostly from D-Lish). I added my title - Lachlan Mason using stickers.

Hello Sunshine - DLish Scraps Inspiration Challenge - Scrapbooking

Hello again! I have a scrapbook page to share with you all today! One of me, and my lovely man.
For this layout, I bought the D-Lish Just Add Paper kit, which I paired with some American Craft frame paper, as well as some Bella Blvd silver embossed black card stock. I also added a couple of paper doilies, and a silver bow, instead of the pink one that came in the kit.
From the inspiration board, I took my cues from the colour scheme, the frames, sketch and the butterflies.

Scrapbooking - Park Play

Hiya! I have a scrapbook page to share today!
I decided to scrapbook some photos of my nephew and I at the park. It's the first time I've been able to play with him, run around, and just be silly, so it needed to be documented. I used patterned paper from Amy Tan (American Crafts) and paired it with some super old stickers from Sassfrass Lass, some washi tape, more stickers, a flair button and some wooden embellishments, coloured with my Spectrum Noirs.

D-Lish Scraps - Scrapbook Page of Bree

Hiya! I have been busy, buried under assignments, but as a reward for getting two thirds of the way through one, I thought I'd come share a scrapbook layout I made last week, before I went to bed.
I started out with this gorgeous picture of my little niece, for her scrapbook. I selected patterned paper from Sassfrass Lass and Websters Pages. I used a Sassfrass Lass border sticker to cover the join of the two papers, and added the photo, with another SassLass sticker and a doily. The main embellishments on this page include a large single bloom, a tutu flower, a Prima wood feather, as well as a gold glitter feather (MFT Die-Namic). I've used a couple of flair buttons as well as some resin flowers
Here is the collage and close ups
I used inspiration from this months D-Lish inspiration board, I loved the colours, flowers, feathers, and I've loosely interpreted the sketch.

Scrapbooking - Lovedale Long Lunch

Hi Hi! I went on the Lovedale Long Lunch this weekend just gone, it's a day filled with Hunter Valley wines, Lunch, music, and friends! Our bus theme was double denim, but because it was SUCH a nice day, we ditched the denim jackets pretty quickly!
Anyway, onto my scrap page -
The main background paper I've used is from Kaisercraft, paired with some Teresa Collins (the pink) I've added doilies, a Prima feather, a die-cut feather, the frames are from Pink Paislee (I think), some stickers from My Minds Eye and a whole bunch of stuff from D-Lish Scraps. I also added in a few of the left over tickets.

Lawn Fawn - Scrapbooking my Nephew

HEY HEY!
Happy Easter everyone! I hope your short break (if you get one) is relaxed, filled with family, friends and reflection! (oh, and chocolate!)
I've got a scrapbook page to share with you today...
For this scrapbook page, I wanted to keep things quite plain, and focus on these amazing photos of Lachlan, my little Nephew. I printed them off, trimmed them down, and matted them on some patterned paper, this is a really old collection, which I can't even remember who made it! I used a few small off cuts from a Lawn Fawn paper pad, and then stamped and coloured some little dinosaurs from Lawn Fawn as well! I fussy cut them out, and layered things up with a few stickers (My Minds Eye)
Here are some close ups
The Main title - Amazing Smile, was made using a sticker and a chipboard word which I coated in white embossing powder, and heat set twice.
I added some Studio Calico cork arrow stickers and called this layout done!

Scrapbooking my Newest Nephew

Hi guys! I've been busy creating more custom cards!
To order custom cards, pop over to my facebook page
On Sunday, I needed a break from cards, so I hit the craft desk, and started my youngest nephews Scrapbook!
For this page, I went through my paper stash, and discovered a bunch of papers by Bella Blvd, that would work perfectly for a boy page! So, I grabbed those out, cut a giant star (using the program paint to draw one, printed it, and traced around it, onto my patterned paper), and then some small circles, using my big shot. I added stickers from My Minds Eye next to the photo, as well as a wood veneer heart (coloured using my spectrum noirs) as well as a flair button (Life in Bokeh)
The title is "So Happy to have you in our Family" and is made up of stickers, from My Minds Eye and Jillibean Soup. I added a small cluster, using a Sn@p sticker, another wood veneer heart, a star button and a grey resin star

Scrapbooking!

It's April 1st, and that means April Fool's Day! It's not a joke, I am actually posting something! I know it's been a little over a week, since I posted anything, I've been a bad blogger!
But, to make it up to you, I do have a scrapbook page to share!
I started out with printing my photos, and then looking through my paper stash for the colour purple... of course, I had nothing! So, I decided on this chevron paper from Webster's Pages and, cut it in a sunburst pattern from the corner. It's a bit "off" as I just cut it using scissors! I then went through my stash, and found some die-cuts from Teresa Collins, for the frame, etc, and notes.
I used other stickers, from My Minds Eye, Bella Blvd, and Jillibean Soup. I used a bunch of flowers, paper and resin, as well as a resin birdy, from D-Lish scraps

Australia Day - Scrapbooking!

Hiya!
I received a parcel of goodies the other day, from D-Lish Scraps, as soon as it arrived, I had to play! I went through the store, and ordered a whole bunch of yummy goodies for this months inspiration board challenge!

And, here is my layout -
I had this photo, which was taken after my friend Angela did my hair an make up, before we hit the town on Australia Day. I thought I'd already scrapbooked it, but apparently not!
The background paper is from Kaisercraft, and I've used a scrap of pink and yellow paper from this card the other day. I also had some left overs from my foray into Project Life, and decided to use them on this layout! I used a whole range of loveliness from the D-lish store, including:
I also used some resin shapes and paper flowers I've had in my stash a while... I used stamps from Give a Girl a Blog, and stickers from My Minds Eye and Bella Blvd (I think) as well as a die-cut mustache (I can't remember which company this one was!)
Here is the close up collage -

As you can probably tell, my main inspiration for this layout was the colour scheme, the chevrons and a very loose interpretation on the sketch!
Don't forget to pop over and play for this months prize!

More Scrapbooking - New Years Eve 2013.

Hi guys! I'm just typing this up before heading to bed (This post is scheduled), after an epically long day!
I have another Scrap page to share!
I've been on a bit of a scrapbooking binge, trying to bring my card mojo back!
For this page, I went through my Instagram pics from New Years Eve, and printed them out, using my printer. I then die-cut them using the big shot. I decided for this page, to use some patterned paper from Teresa Collins (She Said) range, and paired it with some plain Kraft card. I popped some gold washi tape down, and some scallops. Then grabbed my big box of flowers, from D-Lish Scraps, I mixed in some Prima, and resin roses as well as a few tiny pearls. The main title was made using a Prima chipboard, Jenni Bowlin stickers and a little Studio Calico Heart.
Here is the close up collage, you can see in the smaller pics the true colours. for some reason, the main image wouldn't photograph correctly, colour wise!

Scrapbooking - Lazy Sundays

Hi guys! I told you I'd be back, to share a scrapbook page!
This is one that I created last week, but couldn't be bothered photographing, and I don't know why!
For this page, I used patterned paper from Teresa Collins, the banners are also from a collection by Teresa Collins. I've used embellishments from Studio Calico, Prima, and the flowers are D-Lish Scraps. I made the title using my Motex Label Maker and alphabet stickers from Kaisercraft.
