I have used a stamp from Stampin' Up! Winter Mini catalogue, French Foliage to create the "flower"out of some leaves which have been inked using sponges. Also, from the Stampin' Up! Winter Mini is that Decorative Label Punch, which is ever so popular! I have used Chocolate Chip, Cherry Cobbler and Peach Parfait inks.
I am entering this card into the Less is More Challenge, ("hi" to all the LIMettes!) which is to use acetate.
I'll be back in a little while with some more cards I have made using products out of the new mini!
Fabulous card Jess, I love it!
ReplyDeleteI'm just waiting for that French Foliage stamp set to arrive... I can't wait now I've seen this!
That acetate panel looks great!
Enjoy your week!

This is lovely Jess! I need more sympathy cards too, but I find them difficult to look handmade without looking too fussy!

Wish I had used the panel idea instead of all the faffing about.

Fabulous card, Jess! I'm thinking that the panel of acetate should have been what I tried!

Superb card - love the deep embossing on the acetate, and the leaves and sentiment - perfect sympathy card!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful card Jess. I love how you used the acetate as a panel.
ReplyDeleteI've never cared for acetate but this weeks LIM challenge has opened my eyes with all the fabulous cards like yours. So many uses for this medium.
