Blog Award

I have been sent a blog award, this one from my dear friend over at Sandra's Stamping Spot. The idea is that I tell you 8 things about myself, and pass it on to 8 bloggy buddies....so, here goes....

1. I love giraffes, and have multiple stuffed toys, nick-nacks and other bits and bobs all with giraffes on them
2. As a high school student, I went on an exchange program to Osaka, Japan for six months, and learnt a lot about Japan, my language skills and myself. I have recently gone back to studying Japanese at university.
3. At the moment, I'm currently looking for a birthday present for my older sister, and failing miserably.
4. I have 2 cats, Tommy and Toby, and they rule the house.
5. I'm a book nerd. I love to read and almost always have one book on the go. At the moment, it is The Mysteries by Robert McGill.
6. I am very close to my family, we don't have an extended family with aunts and uncles, so we make the most out of the immediate family. 
7. I am finding this a lot more difficult than it should be....
8. I have card crushes on a number of artists and follow a ridiculous amount of blogs...

• Jessica from Jessica Fuhgetabouttit, she is a super talented plushy maker, I have one of her toys sitting next to my desk, a metre tall giraffe called Georgia. 
• Linda from Linda Geater, is one of my team mates, and she has some absolutely wonderful creations.
