So, just a quick post or two, then bed! The first challenge was the Clean & Simple fall to layout 118
Now, we all know how much I hate circles, so once again, I've gone with a square.... Sorry guys! I will be getting Stampin' Up!'s Circle Scissor Plus when it goes on sale on the 1st of December (I need it to learn to cut circles!!!)
I've used a couple of favourites on this card... The Butterfly Prints stamp set, which matches perfectly with the butterfly punch, the new Designer Series Paper, which is due out in a few days (1st December) and simple clean lines.... I have taken inspiration from the colours of the adorable parasols!
The second challenge is the Stamping 411 sketch.
I really enjoy the Stamping 411 sketches, as they generally come together quite quickly, and the measurements are on their website, so no guessing figures!
Now, this card was made purely from scraps! I have a new system in place (see next post) that means I actually use all my scraps, instead of putting them in a box hidden away! I used the stamp set Growing Green, and the colours are Pear Pizzazz and Old Olive. I really like how this came out. I'm not sure where the sentiment is from, but I don't have one the same from SU! yet....
Now, don't forget, you only have a few days left to enter my blog candy, being given away here
Simply Beautiful!!!!
