December Kraft it Up! Challenge

This month's Kraft it Up! Challenge was quite difficult for me, not only do I not have many Christmas pictures, but I do enjoy the traditional colours of Christmas projects, so this was a little out of my comfort zone.
The base of this is made with Kraft card stock, and I have used the brand new Stampin' Up Designer Series Paper, called Island Oasis. I loved the bright fun colours, and it reminds me of summer, which is perfect for an Australian Christmas. The picture is of my mum and my nephew, who celebrated his first Christmas in 2009. The  title was added on a little after I thought I had finished the layout, I thought it needed something else, so added some American Craft Thickers.
