Male Birthday Card, and Christmas Card

I know how hard it is to create Male cards, so this one is my take on a male-esque card. I used the ColourQ Challenge as a starting point
This card was very challenging for me, which is what it is all about, being pushed outside you're comfort zone...
The second card I have to show you today, is another Christmas card.... Yup, I think I'm a little obsessed with Christmas cards... *blush* I once again, used a colour challenge, this one for the Colour Throwdown Blog.
As soon as I saw these colours, I immediately thought a classy Christmas card, with probably Snow Swirled.... But, in the end, I decided to use the ornaments out of Contempo Christmas.
I had so much trouble getting that bow to look how I wanted it to, but in the end, I succeeded, persistence pays!
Don't forget, I have Blog Candy I'm giving away here
