Another busy Saturday in the Craft Room - Stampin' Up! Style!

Today, I have the day off, actually, I lie, I have 4 days off! Gotta love public holidays! So, I have so far spent the majority of the day in with all my craft goodness. I have sorted all my old retired colours from the new colours (yup, they've been retired for over a month, and I'm just getting round to it...) and I've created two cards... This blog post, I will be showing you The Clean & Simple FTL110.
This was one sketch that I looked at for a while going what on earth am I going to do with that?? I pulled out some Night of Navy card stock, and some Old Olive, because I love how these colours look so good together! I then whipped out my new favourite stamp set Trendy Trees, which arrived in my order yesterday. (I've seen so many beautiful projects with this set that I just had to have it, and at only AUD$31.95 it was a bargain!) I stamped the trees on some Whisper White, then put some Stampin' Up! Twine wrapped around the lower half and attached it to some Old Olive, and then to the Night of Navy base card stock. The sentiment is from Upsy Daisy and is stamped in olive and navy and adhered to the front of the card.
I think this would work as either a masculine or feminine birthday card. I think it really works in general. If you would like to learn more about this card, please do not hesitate to contact me. Also, stay tuned, as there will be another card uploaded this evening. (I'm trying to stagger them so you don't get info overload..... )
