Birthday Card

I was called this evening to create a card for my sisters best friend for her birthday tomorrow. I wasn't given any guidelines... the only thing i got was she likes blue.. So this is what I came up with! Paper used Playful Pets, Shimmer. Stamps used are from Stampin' Up She is happy with it, so am I
