In the past few weeks, I have
learnt to knit. I learnt initially to knit squares, as at work we are knitting squares to be donated to create blankets for those affected by the Victorian Bushfires on Black Saturday 2009. So i asked the ladies at work to teach me to knit.
My first effort didn't meet my own standards for the squares, so I have kept it as my first attempt, and I am now onto my second square, which is coming along fabulously. I will upload photos of the finished project. I have also started knitting myself a scarf, which I haven't got a photo of at this stage.
