C.C. Designs Get Well Soon Card

Hi hi!
I've been creating again, trying to get as much done as I can, before uni takes over my life next week, and wedding planning gets over the top too!
Anyway, here's my card
For this one, I finally inked up a stamp I've had for almost a year, Nurse, from C.C. Designs, She's a cutie, and quite easy to colour. I used my spectrum noir markers, as well as copics for this image. I have used some really old My Minds Eye patterned papers (that I've almost finished the pad!) And layered them up, I have doodled around the edges, as always. I finished off the card with a trio of flowers, and a sentiment from Lawn Fawn.
Here's the close up

Feeling Sketchy Week 36

Hi guys! I've had a couple of weeks off of Feeling Sketchy DT to recharge my batteries, and come back with a fresh look at things! It's the new month, so we have a brand new sponsor! Free Spirit Bottle Caps. I have a card to share with you all this morning, made using the wonderful sketch from Annmaree!
Firstly, here is the sketchy -
F-Sketchy 36
And, here is my card -
I've just noticed the middle ribbon really isn't straight! Oops! I have used the two little angels from C.C. Designs, which I have then coloured up with my Spectrum Noir markers. The doily is cut from Vellum and the angels sat on top. I have stamped the sentiment, and added a touch of bling to their wings...
Here's a close up -
Don't forget to pop over to Feeling Sketchy to play along this week!

C.C. Designs - Latte Kiki

Hiya! Just a quick post, as its almost 130am! I had to come on and quickly blog, and link up to one of the challenges before the deadline.... Here is my card
I only just received this darling little C.C. Designs stamp from Michelle @ The Stamp Spot, unfortunately, she's sold out at the moment, but hit the contact button if you really want her! I stamped her and coloured her up using my Spectrum Noir Markers, using some new colour combinations (for me!) I then cut her out and played around with a paper pad that arrived in my hands on Friday as well... It's by My Minds Eye, and it is DELICIOUS! I layered them all up, and stitched around the aqua piece. I then cut a spellbinders oval shape and sponged the internal section of it with Sahara Sand ink. I stamped the sentiment, (from My Favourite Things) and popped Kiki on with Dimensionals.
I'm entering this into the Latte challenge at Anyone for Anya? and also the Splitcoast Sketch challenge #402

CC Designs Cherrie with Tag

Hi guys! I'm all moved, and slowly getting unpacked, got most things done, just a few more craft boxes need to be unpacked which should happen this afternoon.... Here is the last of the cards I've been saving to show you -
This was a Tickled Pink CC Designs stamp I got given, and the first time I've used her! I stamped her, and coloured her using my Spectrum Noir markers and fussy cut her out. The main card base has been stamped with white craft ink using the Woodgrain back ground stamp and layered up with some patterned paper from My Minds Eye. I tied a bow using some Vintage Seam Binding ribbon in Siam Pink (I think) and then attached my image panel. I popped Cherrie up with some dimensionals and added some pretty paper flowers from D-Lish Scraps. I rounded opposing corners, and called this card done.... :)
I used inspiration from the Anyone for Anya? blog with their weekly sketch.
Thanks for dropping by, I'm heading out to do some grocery shopping (bleh)

C.C. Designs paired with Kaisercraft Hummingbird Collection creates a Summery For You card

Hi Hi! I had the house to myself again tonnight, so, I got to do my favourite thing in peace... Craft! I also went to Spotlight today, and came back with the Kaisercraft Hummingbird 6.5"x6.5" paper pad, which I had to use straight away! So, here is one of my efforts:
This is a Poppy Parade card base, layered with some Hummingbird paper (the red pieces are foiled, and oh so shiny!) I coloured this C.C. Designs Honey - Summer using my Stampin' Write Markers and then fussy cut her out and popped her on a distress inked circle. I placed the diecut circle on a pretty white doily and wrapped some red and white bakers twine around with a tag that says 4 you.
I am entering this into two challenges, the Anyone For Anya Sketch challenge and the Ribbon Carousel Twine challenge

Thanks for dropping by!

Scrapbooking with C.C designs

Hey hey! I wanted to share my newest scrapbooking page, and second DT post for the month over at The Stamp Spot.
There is quite a few things on this layout that are from The Stamp Spot. Lets get started... The 12x12 is Kraft cardstock, which I have layered with patterned papers from my stash, as well as Lace and Twine (from the store) the photos are matted on Romantic Mauve textured card, I have attached three little brads along the bottom which are from my stash. Next to the photos is a MFT Rolled Rose Die-namic, a flourish and paper flowers/doily from my stash. Hanging along the twine is a new pennant die from MFT (which is a bargain by the way)! I have created the title using thickers from my stash as well as die cut letters from By the Letters. I coloured this sweet C.C. Designs stamp  (Party Lucy) using watercolour markers and a blender pen, and attached her using foam dimensionals.
I wanted her to resemble my niece, who has the most beautiful Auburn coloured hair.
Don't forget, that my blog candy will close Saturday next week....
Thanks for dropping in!

C.C. Designs Hansel and I create a Just for You card

Hi There! I wanted to share my first post for The Stamp Spot, as on of the fabulous Design Team.
Ok, on to my card
This is Hansel from C.C. Designs. I think he is the most adorable little fellah ever! I coloured him with a pack of Derwent pencils and some Mineral Turpentine (you can use Baby Oil, or Gamsol) to blend the colours. I stamped him a second time onto a Spellbinders Nesting Circle and sponged the edges with Distress Ink in Tumbled Glass. The background is Lucky Limeade cardstock, layered with bunting paper from My Minds Eye, some punched Daffodil Delight card and some embossed Sahara Sand card. On top of the yellow is a piece of Brown Satin Ribbon. The second little circle has the same treatment as the larger one, and has been attached to the card using a piece of Honeydew Twine from the Twinery. Below the sentiment is a tiny little star brad that has been in my stash forever, and finally has a home :)

I am also entering this into the Deconstructing Jen Sketch challenge
