Now, I didn't want the recipient knowing what gift card I have for them, so I popped my university ID card in to show you how it works. To make the flap stay closed, I went to our fridge and pulled down an advertising magnet that we got in the mail... I cut a small piece off and adhered it with SU! Sticky Strip. The magnets aren't particularly strong, just enough to keep it closed. The card stocks I used are Stampin' Up! Crumb Cake and Vanilla, the DSP is Elegant Soiree, and the stamp set is a retired hostess set called the best is yet to come.
I don't tend to give many gift cards to people during Christmas, or for their birthdays, I generally search for the perfect gift for ages before finding something, but when it is something that has everything, it makes it a bit more difficult. If you have a lot of gift cards to give this year, why not whip up some of these, they are super quick to make!
Are you as surprised as I am that this wasn't for any challenges?
Hey Jess - glad to hear you found inspiration. They are so easy to whip up. Love your take on it and Elegant Soiree is one of my fav's.
