Celebrate, Inspired by Kristina Werner

I've recently become an avid follower of Kristina Werner's blog, where she inspires me at least twice a week... /fan girl gushing...
So this weeks MACM Video, was a card that had a vellum window that was stamped an embossed... which was a very interesting technique, that I'd never tried... So, I pulled out my Mum's embossing stuff, (I've really got to buy my own...) and created a card similar to Kristina's.

Ingredients - 

Card stock: American Crafts

Patterned Paper: DCWV

Stamp: Grace Taylor

Ink: Versacolor Lagoon Blue

Ribbon: Grosgrain

Bling: KaiserCraft.
