The Greeting Farm & Bugaboo Stamps Birthday Cards

Hi guys! I've been popping things in, and changing things up, in both my madeit and etsy stores, so pop over for a look!
Last night, I was up late, creating a couple of birthday cards... One just for fun, the other because a friend is celebrating their 29th birthday today, and I procrastinated creating ;)
Here is the first one -
I had to play with my all new patterned papers, from Kaisercraft (OMG, this is an amazing collection!) I grabbed the woodgrain paper, and the giant flower one, and the other paper is Carte Bella. I layered them up, and then decided on the stamp I wanted to use, which is from The Greeting Farm and coloured her up using my Spectrum Noir Markers. I popped her into one of the polaroid frames, from Kaisercraft, and stamped the sentiments, which are a mix of Some Odd Girl and My Favourite Things. I added a bunch of paper and resin flowers. Here is the close up

Now, on to the second birthday card, it's a lot different ;)
I printed out the digital stamp, from Bugaboo Stamps, and coloured it up using my Spectrum Noir Markers, mounted it on some blue paper from Echo Park, which I'd printed the sentiment straight onto.
I added a few rhinestones, and some doodling, and called this card done!

Bugaboo Birthday Card - Little Dude

Hi ya! I've been crafting again!
Today, I have a card to share, which will be available in my etsy, and madeit stores later today.
For this card, I used a Bugaboo Digital stamp, coloured using my Spectrum Noir markers. I then fussy cut him out, and set him aside, while I built my card. I used Kraft card as the base, layered with patterned papers from Echo Park. The sentiment was made using a mix of My Favourite Things and Kaisercraft Alphabet stamps. I then die cut some stars from My Favourite Things - Dienamics and attached them to the card.

Bugaboo Stamps - Be Mine - Cupid Valentine's

Hi Guys! I've got some super, exciting news... Not only can you purchase my cards, in my store, but you can also get them from two (!) retailers at The Junction, in Newcastle!
It means, a lot of my current stock needs to be refreshed, and that I need to keep making!
I actually made this card yesterday, and it's already been purchased...
For this card, I printed off the cupid from Bugaboo digital stamps, (about a month ago) and he's been sitting waiting to be coloured! I coloured him up, using my Spectrum Noir Markers, then fussy cut him out. I grabbed some patterned papers, that matched with him. In this case, Kaisercraft (an old range), and Sn@p. I layered everything up, and doodled around the edges. I then attached cupid, using foam dots. The sentiment, I stamped, using Alphabet stamps, and some heart stamps from The Alley Way Stamps. I then coloured up a wooden shape (using my Spectrums) and attached it, and some sequins.

Bugaboo Digital Stamps - More, non-traditional Christmas Cards

Hi Again,
I have another card to share, from my craft day with my friend, Lyndall the other day!
Another Christmas card, for my own stash. If you still need Christmas cards, or stocking stuffers, check out my store, for a few bits and pieces. Last day for guaranteed delivery before the big red man arrives is this Wednesday (within Australia!)
On to the card!

This little chicky is the freebie from Bugaboo digital stamps this week, so, get her before Friday!
I coloured her up, using my Spectrum Noir Markers, and fussy cut her out. I grabbed some patterned paper, the blue trees, is from Lawn Fawn and the chevron one is from My Minds Eye (a Christmas paper pad from last year). I doodled around the borders, and stamped a Christmas sentiment (SU!) underneath where my little chicky was going to sit...

Bugaboo Stamps - Australian, Tropical Christmas Santa

Hiya!
Yesterday, I had a crafty play date with a friend. "Hi, Lydall!"
Part of that, for me was to make some Christmas cards, for my own personal stash to send out...
Here is the first of my cards -
I started by printing out a Bugaboo digital stamp (tropical santa) and colouring him up, using my Spectrum Noir markers. I then grabbed some patterned papers, in non-traditional Christmas colours (Echo Park, and My Minds Eye) and layered them up with some doodling around the edges. I stamped and heat embossed a sentiment, from Stampin' Up, then die cut it out, and added my Santa...

Bugaboo Digital Stamps - Non traditional Christmas

Hi Again! I've got a quick card to share, before I go crawl into bed... I have a craft day with some friends tomorrow, so will hopefully have a bit to share!
I started by printing the digi, from Bugaboo Stamps, and colouring her up, using my Spectrum Noir Markers. I doodled around the border, and then set her aside. I grabbed some Echo Park papers, in non-traditional colours and lined them up on Kraft cardstock. I added more doodling, a sentiment and a trio of rhinestones. I also added a ribbon tab behind the image...

Bugaboo Stamps - Christmas Card - Aussie Santa

Heya! I've been busy promoting a bunch of madeit stores over on my facebook page today, just in time for Christmas! The handmade community is wonderful, and we're sharing the love using the hashtag #madeitchristmas
Anyway, on to my card for today!
I started out grabbing this tropical santa (perfect for us in Australia!) I coloured him up, using my Spectrum Noir Markers, and die-cut him out... I grabbed some patterned papers from my stash, Authentique, Cosmo Cricket and some Echo Park. I die cut the red piece, and doodled all around the edges. The sentiment comes from Stampin' Up!

Okie doke... On to my card!
I have a stash of pre-printed digital images, for when I just don't know what I want to use... I used this little mermaid, from Bugaboo stamps. I just print it up on my printer (normal inkjet), I print multiples at a time, and then just set them aside for later. I coloured her up, using my spectrum noir markers, and die cut her out, using my bigshot. The card base is from the Sweet Party card making kit, then one of the blue papers is from the $2 6x6 paper pad (BARGAIN!) It also comes in the Sweet Party version too... I doodled around the borders and attached it to my card base, using my favourite double sided tape... I'm sure I've mentioned it before, but unlike some tapes I've used, this one tears off the roll super easily, and it doesn't peel in the heat, like others tend to!
I added some satin ribbon in Iris, which I tied in a bow, I then went a little mad with embellishments... I added a white flower, with a diamanté centre, I added some purple flowers and rhinestones... Here is the close up -

Boys Birthday Card - Bugaboo Digital Stamps!

Good Morning! I'm just popping in, before heading into work, to share a quick card -

I started by printing out the digi image, from Bugaboo stamps, and then coloured him up, using my Spectrum Noir markers, and then selected my papers, I used paper from My Minds Eye, and some black card stock. The patterned paper (the checks), has been in my stash forever! I bought it a few years back, for a swap I participated in, and bought too much! I stamped my sentiment, then added some stick on rhinestones, in black, which I always forget I have!

Bugaboo - Kids Birthday Cards

Hi guys, I went away for a couple of days, with a good friend, and then ended up working ridiculously early this morning, so I've had the day to myself... I got to crafting, as I still had a few custom cards to make, from my Madeit store, and also a card for my Nephew's 4th Birthday... I will share both of them, in this post, as they are quite similar -
I started by deleting the ball from the puppy dogs hands, being a digi stamp, made this possible, I then added the number in and printed it off, using my ink jet printer. I coloured up the dogs, and numbers, using my Spectrum Noir markers, then set the images aside. I grabbed patterned papers from Echo Park, and My Minds Eye (for both cards), then added doodling around the edges. I added ribbon, buttons and enamel dots to the 1st Birthday card, and the second card got a Happy Birthday sentiment, by Kraftin' Kimmie

Baby's 1st Christmas Card - Bugaboo Digital Stamps

Hiya guys! I've been busy creating, with not enough time to be blogging. I had a big custom order for cards come in this last week, so I've been focusing on the cards for that... You can join my Facebook page, or check out my madeit store to see what's available!
Here is one of the cards I was working on, over the last week, or so -
I started out by printing the teddy bear, digital image, from Bugaboo stamps, and colouring it up, using my Spectrum Noir Markers. I set him aside, and grabbed some patterned papers, I used the dark green from a current Christmas pad (Echo Park), and the aqua chevron is from an older girls paper pad, also from Echo Park. I mounted them on to vanilla card stock, added some doodling, and some artichoke denim ribbon (SU!) I printed my sentiment, added some more doodling, attached a couple of buttons and some twine to finish off the card!

Bugaboo Stamps - Happy Birthday Grumpy!

Tomorrow is my awesome dads birthday! I had to make him a card, and as always, struggled to find something appropriate... he's just as difficult to buy for!
I finally settled on a Bugaboo Digital Stamp, due to a suggestion from the ever awesome Miss Annmaree
So, I got the Gus image, that has "Happy Birthday Old Fart" on it, and it came with a version that you could add your own sentiment to.... Before printing my image, I went into my picture editor, and added my own sentiment - "Happy Birthday, Grumpy"
Here is the card -
I coloured up Gus, using my Spectrum Noir Markers, and popped it on to dimensional adhesive on to a slightly bigger white piece of card stock. I used patterned papers from Sn@p 24/Seven 6x6 paper pad, and added some eyelets and grey coloured rhinestones. I kept this card pretty basic, as I wanted the image to really stand out!

Bugaboo Digital Stamps - Christmas Cards

Hi guys! I'm back again to share another set of Christmas cards that will be available in my MadeIt store later today! I am loving MadeIt and the wonderful collection of Aussie crafters! If you're on Pinterest, check out my MadeIt Finds board or, if you're on Instagram, my name is JessDee86... ok... enough advertising, on to my cards!

I started off by colouring up the Christmas Teddy from Bugaboo Digital stamps, using my Spectrum Noir Markers, and then I put glossy accents on the baubles and Stickles glitter on the trim of his hat. While it was drying, I stamped Crumbcake card stock with my Woodgrain background stamp... And cut out my patterned paper (My Minds Eye) and stamped the greeting and heat embossed it. I found some crochet doilies in my stash, glued them down and added my teddy bear to them. Three red rhinestones pulled this card together.
I am entering these into the Simons Says Stamp Sparkle challenge
