I've had a fairly busy week, but yesterday I spent the day with my older sister, then on to my mums house, where we stayed up late crafting! We armed ourselves with a few challenges..... and this was my first card
We both started out with a card base of Sahara Sand, which looks more like Crumbcake in this photo... I stamped the block of swirls from Clearly for You, (which is still available until the end of next month in the Autumn Mini Catalogue.) in Sahara Sand on White cardstock, then using a circle punch, cut out the three circles... I popped a sheet of Baja Breeze through the Bigshot and the Beautiful Wings Embossolits three times and used some dimensionals cut down to size and popped them on to the circles. I thought the card looked a little unfinished, so with a Stampin' Write marker in Sahara Sand, I drew a line below and above my main images. I then used the sentiment from the same stamp set, stamped tone on tone to finish this card off.
I am entering this into the Less Is More Sketch challenge... head over and take a look at some of the great examples!
Hopefully I will be back to a semi normal posting schedule soon.....
Until then,
Happy Stamping
